Ingredients Banana Bread 1 cup banana 1/2 cup butter 1 cup whole milk 2 cups whole grain flour 1 cup brown sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup walnuts (optional) Instructions Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, combine the bananas, butter, milk, flour, brown sugar, vanilla, salt, baking powder, walnuts, and sugar.

In another bowl, mix together the banana bread, milk mixture, flour mixture, and baking powder.

In the last bowl, add the brown sugar and mix until combined.

Spoon batter into greased baking sheets.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.

Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

Serve warm with warm berries.

Notes This recipe uses almond flour, but almond flour can also be used. 3.5.3208
